Legal Practice Areas
Almasy Law recognizes the emotional trauma caused by the tragic loss of a loved one. While taking legal action will not ease your loss, it can help compensate for the financial difficulty incurred by such an event. Due to the limited time for submitting a wrongful death claim, it is important that survivors of the decedent consider retaining a lawyer as soon as possible. Almasy Law has a history of recovering compensation for surviving family members and understands the value of such loss.
Slip and Fall
If you suffer injuries from a fall or accident, it might be the result of negligence and you may be entitled to compensation for damages related to your injuries. If you are a victim of the negligence of another, why should you be responsible for medical bills and lost wages associated with the accident? Almasy Law will gather the appropriate documentation, investigate, and negotiate on your behalf to help get the compensation you deserve.
A major automobile accident can be life altering and the process of obtaining compensation is difficult to navigate. Determining fault and filing a claim can lead to a battle with the insurance company which tends to be time consuming and confusing. Almasy Law will take on the insurance company for you and make sure you are compensated so that you have the financial resources and closure needed to go about your life.
Almasy Law will review your case and examine all the documentation related to the case to understand the degree of injury. Next, we gather additional evidence and consult our team of experts needed to build the case. Very often we negotiate to reach a fair settlement, but we are always prepared to present the case at trial. Almasy Law believes communication is the key to a good attorney-client relationship so we will keep you informed throughout the process.
